FISE
2014
Since 1997, FISE Montpellier has been the world’s biggest action sports event. Each year, almost 550,000 spectators and over 1,800 professional and amateur BMX, Skateboard, Roller, Scooter, Mountain Bike, and Wakeboard athletes gather for 5 days at the heart of the French host city, Montpellier.
In 2014, FISE Montpellier became part of the FISE World Series tour which has had editions in China, Japan, Canada, the USA, Malaysia, Hungary, Andorra, and France.
Hurricane creates and organises international sports events specialising in action sports. For FISE World Series, it centralises all in-house business related to organisation, media coverage and creation of sporting concepts. All infrastructure is customised by Hurricane Parks.
The festivals are based in unique local venues, entry is free for spectators, and all competitions are sanctioned by international sports federations such as UCI, FIG and World Skate.
